How can I get a free DVD demo?
Click “contact” let us know you would like us to send you a demo DVD and be sure to include your name and address.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use broadcast quality 3-chip cameras. The 3-chips provide 1 chip per color spectrum. Unlike 1-chip cameras which compromise all the colors into one. The 3-chips give you crisp and vibrant colors and work great in low light. It is the same technolgy used for broadcast television. For editing we use a top of the line Apple G5 computer with the latest Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro.
How many camera operators will there be?
Some packages will have two videographers at the ceremony. Having just one keeps the cost low but also some shots will not be the best they could be or even lost altogether due to movement restrictions. .
How long will my video be?
Typical time for a full day is 50 to 90 minutes.
How early will you arrive?
Usually 30 minutes to one hour before the ceremony starts. This allows for setup only. This is not counted toward the hours of your package.
Can I break up my Package hours?
Package prices are calculated in blocks of time, even if no coverage is being recorded. This will start at the beginning of the event and continue until we leave. However if we have to leave and come back because there is a large gap between one part of an event and another, you will not be charged for this gap but an additional setup fee will apply.
When will I receive my video or DVD?
If you provide any and all materials (music, pictures etc) on time then you can expect to have your edited video in about 60-90 days. This is a creative process and each video is personally edited and unique. No two are alike.
Why does editing take so long?
We don’t treat your wedding like an assembly line. Each one is unique and we treat it as such. It’s an art form, a story and an emotional craft that takes time and care to perfectly put together. Each scene is watched and analyzed for it’s perfect placement. It’s a long and carefully honed process that takes hours to get just right for each segment of the video. If you have special requests regarding editing then you should write it down for us ahead of time. We don’t offer over-the-shoulder editing. So if you especially like B&W, or the antique film look or widescreen then let us know ahead of time.
How far will you travel?
We cover most locations within central Florida.
