Plan B = 1/3 of total Now, 1/3 two weeks before event, Final 1/3 when DVD is ready.

Standard is for smaller sized screens (under 32 inch). If you are not sure about the format please ask us. Standard cannot be changed to HD after it has been captured. High Definition is the choice for better quality on larger screens. This will require a Blu-ray player.

Terms and Conditions
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: If the Studio fails to comply with the terms
of this agreement due to any event or act outside the control of
the Studio, the Studio's liability is limited to return all payments
received. The limit of liability partial loss shall be a prorated
amount of the package selected, based on the percentage of
loss at the Studio’s discretion.
PERFORMANCE: The Studio reserves the right to assign an
alternative videographer to shoot the video in the event of illness
or other unforeseen circumstance that may arise beyond our
control. In such an event the Studio shall warrant the alternative
videographer to be a competent professional.
CHANGES: There is a one time change that can be made to the
finished video after this a rate of $50 per hour will be charged.
POSTPONEMENT: If event is postponed the Studio will lock in
new date if it is available at no additional charge.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your event, you will
automatically forfeit your deposit, All other payments will be
refunded less any expenses to Studio.
COPYRIGHTS: The Client will own all rights to make copies.
The Studio reserves the right to use portions of video for demo,
exhibitions, contests and advertisements unless otherwise
agreed upon and noted in comments.
FINISHED DVD: No DVD's will be released without full payment
received. Unless otherwise expressed in writing, our normal
time of completion is 6-8 weeks.
PAYMENTS: The total balance must be paid no later than the date
indicated or a late fee will apply. It is understood that no date will
be held or secured without the required deposit.
